This explains what Supremacy VPN stores about you, why, and what control you have over it. We keep it to the minimum the service needs to work.
What we store
- Account details: your name, email address, Discord username, and your subscription plan and end date.
- Your password, hashed: we store a one-way hash, never the password itself.
- Connection status: when you last used the app and whether it's connected, so support can see if it's working. The app checks in about once a minute while it's open.
- Account history: a log of account events, such as sign-ins, connects and changes staff make to your account.
- Notes staff add to help with support, such as a ticket or payment reference.
What we don't store
- We don't log the websites you visit, the servers you join or the content of your traffic.
- The app doesn't read your game, your files or other programs. It only routes Rust's network traffic.
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your traffic and our proxy providers
Rust's traffic leaves through an ISP proxy run by a third-party provider. Like any internet provider, they handle that traffic in order to carry it, and may keep connection logs under their own policies. Everything else on your PC never touches our proxies.
Payments
Payment is arranged in our Discord server. We don't store card details. Whatever payment method you use processes your payment under its own privacy policy, and Discord handles your messages under Discord's.
Why we use your data
To provide the service you've paid for (your login, proxy and support), to keep it secure and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you're a customer and for up to 12 months after your last subscription ends, so you can renew easily, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
Passwords are hashed, proxy passwords are encrypted at rest, and the website and app talk to our server only over encrypted HTTPS.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Open a ticket in our Discord server. If you're in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The public website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It may remember in your browser that you've seen the opening animation. The staff dashboard uses one essential sign-in cookie.
