These terms cover your use of Supremacy VPN: the Windows app, the proxy we give you and our Discord support. By buying a subscription or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Supremacy VPN sends traffic from the game Rust (RustClient.exe) through a dedicated ISP proxy assigned to your account. Everything else on your PC uses your normal internet connection. The app needs Windows 10 or 11 and administrator rights, because it adds a network adapter and routes.
Supremacy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Facepunch Studios, Rust, Valve or Steam.
2. Your account
- Your login is for you alone. Don't share it or resell access.
- Each account has one dedicated IP at a time, for use on one PC at a time.
- Keep your password safe. Tell us in Discord straight away if you think someone else has it.
3. Price, IPs and renewal
- Supremacy VPN costs $16.99 per month, paid through a ticket in our Discord server.
- Each month includes one dedicated IP. You get a fresh IP when your subscription renews.
- An extra or replacement IP that you ask for during a month costs $5 per IP.
- If your IP stops working, we replace it free of charge.
Your access runs until the date shown in the app. To keep it going, renew in Discord before then; if a renewal isn't paid, access ends on that date. Prices may change for future months, but a change never affects a month you've already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Supremacy VPN to:
- break any law, or help anyone else do so;
- attack, flood or disrupt any server, network or player (including DDoS attacks);
- cheat, or get around a ban, block or restriction a server owner or game publisher has put on you;
- send spam, or access accounts or systems you're not allowed to.
We can suspend or end your access without a refund if you break these rules.
5. Game and server rules
You're responsible for following Rust's terms and each server's rules. Some community servers block VPN and proxy connections; we can't get around that, and it isn't a fault in the service. We aren't responsible for any ban or restriction applied to your game account.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or give a particular ping. Proxies are provided by third-party ISPs and may occasionally need replacing; if yours stops working, open a ticket and we'll swap it.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. When access ends, the app signs you out and your proxy is reassigned.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll announce important changes in Discord.
