We want you to be happy with Supremacy VPN. This page explains when you can get your money back.
If it doesn't work for you
If you can't get the service working, open a ticket in our Discord server within 48 hours of receiving your login. We'll try to fix it, including swapping your proxy. If we can't get it working within 48 hours of your report, we'll give you a full refund.
After you've started using it
Your subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service. Once your login has been issued and you've used it, payments for the current period aren't refundable, except as described above or where the law requires.
Extra and replacement IPs
Extra or replacement IPs you ask for cost $5 each and aren't refundable once the new IP has been issued. If an IP stops working, we replace it free, so you never pay for a faulty one.
Outages
If the service is down for an extended period because of a problem on our side, we'll add the lost time to your subscription.
When we won't refund
- Your account was suspended for breaking our terms.
- A Rust server blocks VPN or proxy connections. That's a choice the server owner makes.
- You've changed your mind partway through a period you've already used.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the payment method you used, normally within 7 days of being approved.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We can usually sort things out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it's resolved.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
